On Tuesday afternoon, Winnipeg police officers responded to a call in the 200 block of Foxmeadow and discovered a deceased 39-year-old man inside the residence.
Additionally, officers discovered an inoperative meth lab in the same home. The body of the deceased man was transported to the hospital, where an autopsy will be conducted to determine the cause of death.
The Investigation Details
To guarantee the protection of every person being performed, the Winnipeg Fire Paramedic Service’s hazardous materials group supplied disinfection support throughout the course of the operation. The clandestine lab team from the Winnipeg Police Service was immediately dispatched to the residence to remove lab supplies and equipment and dismantle the meth lab.
According to the police, an independent waste removal business securely disposed of all dangerous items. A 70-year-old woman and a 37-year-old male were taken out of the house during the procedure to protect their safety.
Thankfully, neither the locals nor the present WFPS and WPS personnel reported any kind of harm. More information about the investigation will be made public as it becomes accessible.
