The accused was seen engaging in covert close-combat training and gun drills in the jungles, according to the authorities. They were trained by people from Hyderabad, and their communication was done through the use of dark web apps like Threema and Rocket Chat. During the raids, provocative books, money, and technological equipment were taken.

What is Known About the Members

The accused worked in a variety of fields to hide their identities, including that of fitness instructors, computer technicians, tailors, and vehicle drivers. One of the individuals detained managed a tutoring facility in Bhopal. Additionally, the accused employed a drone camera for surveillance.

Terrorist Group

HuT, also known as Hizb-ut-Tahrir, is a group that is outlawed globally and has branches in 50 different nations. It features a distinct armed wing that offers instruction in bacteriological, chemical, and biological warfare. The accused purposefully selected young people who had a propensity for violence and would give their lives for the group.

The organization’s strategy was to enlist more young people and train them for jihad against people of different faiths. They were making operational plans and had created a map. According to the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act (UAPA) and other laws, a case has been filed against the defendant.

The Bust

After the earlier bursting of a Jamaat-e-Mujahideen Bangladesh module in Madhya Pradesh in March of the previous year, during which three Bangladeshi terrorists were captured, this arrest comes after that incident.
