The Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) in Goa has arrested two Russians, a former policeman named Andre and a 1980 Olympic silver medalist swimmer named S Varganova, in connection with an international drug cartel bust.
The NCB seized various drugs, including 88 LSD blots, 8.8 grams cocaine, 242.5 grams charas, 1.440 kg hydroponic weed, 16.49 grams hash oil, and 410 grams hash cake, along with cash and material required to grow hydroponic weed. Local citizen Akash was also arrested, and further investigation is ongoing.
