Following months of investigations into the drug enterprise, specialized police raided the covert laboratory at a building in Horning Street, Kurnell, at around 5pm on Thursday.
The two guys, 56 and 29, were transported to Sutherland Police Station after being detained on the spot.
Inside a shed at the back of the property, over 100kg of narcotics and precursor chemicals, six kilos of MDMA, and numerous pieces of lab equipment were discovered.

The elder man was accused of producing an illegal substance in big commercial quantities. The younger man was accused of taking part in the production of a significant amount of an illegal substance for commercial purposes.
Both males were denied bond in Sutherland Local Court, and their subsequent court appearance is scheduled for July in Downing Center Local Court.
In the meantime, law enforcement officers are asking anybody with knowledge on the manufacture and distribution of illegal narcotics to get in touch with them.
